Product features of BW mud pump
1. It has four blocks of flow that can meet the requirements of large and small-diameter drilling rigs. The flow adjustment range is large and the parameter selection is reasonable. It can be used with XY-4 core drilling rig and XY-5 type drilling rig. It can meet the needs of different diameters, different hole depths, and different geological core drilling.
2. The piston is a bowl-shaped self-sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with a nylon backrest, which greatly improves the service life.
3. There are five dust-proof sealing rings ymjt04 on the pull rod to prevent the mud from the hydraulic end from being brought into the power end and the power end lubricating oil filter. Proved by multiple productions, the sealing is reliable and the performance is good. Causes the gear to prolong the service life.
4. The inlet and outlet valves use steel balls. And there is a sound-absorbing rubber pad on the valve cover to reduce impact noise.
5. The pressure gauge adopts BY-1 type anti-vibration pressure gauge, which has a long life.
