Piston rubber is the main accessory in the hydraulic end system of drilling mud pumps and is also one of the most commonly used vulnerable parts in mud pumps. The piston rubber and valve rubber are rubber vulcanized products. The material of ordinary piston rubber is nitrile rubber, and polyurethane rubber can also be used to increase the working temperature range of the rubber. Our company can produce piston rubber with a unique formula, which can effectively improve wear resistance, extend service life, and improve the efficiency of mud pumps compared to ordinary piston rubber. Mud Pump Pistons are made of high hardness alloy steel, and they are wear-resistant, anti-corrosive and anti-distortion after heat treatment. The seal of the piston can be made of polyurethane, polyether material and it can be also made of thiakol rubber.
