Product Description

Main structural features:
1. It is composed of three parts: power end, hydraulic end and reduction box;
2. Adopting a unique design of the external gearbox design, the gearbox can be mounted on the left or right, and there are 16 different installation positions for optional installation, which is easy for the layout and maintenance of the whole vehicle.
3. Derived from the SPM600 short pump, the length of the pump casing is increased, the small connecting rod is added, and the plunger and the connecting rod are changed to clamp connection, which overcomes the shortcomings of short pumps that are not easy to maintain. It is suitable for configuration in a single machine. The pump truck (skid) has become the standard product of domestic cementing truck and high-pressure injection equipment.
4. It has basic interchangeability with SPM600 pump internal parts.
5. There are two different pump head bodies to install four different specifications of plungers (3", 3.5", 4", 4.5") to obtain different pressures and displacements for customers to choose and use.
