1. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements of working in drilling mud or other highly corrosive liquids.
2. High hardness, good wear resistance, can resist the grinding or erosion of various sharp or abrasive solid particles in high-pressure mud, such as: cuttings, quartz sand, iron ore, iron filings, etc.

4. The working pressure of the ceramic cylinder liner is high, greater than 52MPa (7500PSI), which can meet the needs of drilling deep and ultra-deep wells.
2. Material and performance index of ceramic cylinder liner and ceramic plunger:
The ceramic cylinder liner and ceramic plunger adopt the formula of zirconia composite ceramics, which are made into finished products through high-pressure molding, sintering and finishing processes. The composition of zirconia is: 5.4% yttrium oxide and 94.6% zirconia, and the average particle size is less than 0.5 Microns. The role of zirconia is high fracture toughness, which can improve the fatigue strength of the finished product, but the surface of pure zirconia products will appear "powdering" phenomenon after long-term use under humid conditions of 100-250 degrees Celsius, and its wear resistance and mechanical properties will drop sharply. The service life of the product is limited; the composition of alumina is 99.9% alumina, the average particle size is less than 0.5 microns, its hardness is high, the product is wear-resistant but the fracture toughness is low, and the product is prone to cracking. After the two are mixed, through precise process control, complementary advantages can be realized, which can overcome the "powdering" phenomenon of zirconia and overcome the disadvantage of low fracture toughness of alumina. At the same time, after a lot of experiments, it is concluded that the content of zirconia is between 80-90%, which has the best effect and can well meet the needs of customers. The reason for choosing ultra-fine powder is to promote the compact burning of the product, so as to realize the production of high-gloss products.
