Composite Frac Plug

The Ultron Composite Frac Plug uses a new high-strength composite material that is easily drilled, and the drilling chipping is easily retrieved.

The slip uses composite material, with a unique design that is easy for drilling and milling, which could reduce the operation time and extra cost for our customer.

The combined cones-shoulder protection structure design can ensure the sealing performance of the rubber.

Specification

Beyond composite frac plug utilizes a unique combination of composite components to provide a reliable, durable, and cost-effective design for temporary zone isolation during stage fracs in both vertical and horizontal wells. The short, lightweight plugs can withstand high pressures and temperatures, yet drill out rapidly to save rig time between stages.

Beyond composite frac plug are rigorously tested to validate anchoring, sealing and pressure integrity per ISO and API specifications. They are rated to reliably hold up to 10,000 psi and 300°F.

 Available in 3-1/2",4", 4-1/2", 5", 5-1/2" & 7". Consistent drill times of 5-8 minutes or less.

Ultron™ composite frac plugs are constructed from molded or machined composites, with composite slips, ensuring fast drilling and high reliability.

The setting sleeve and shear adapter are designed to run on any wireline setting tool or tubing-run hydraulic setting tool, with Baker #10, and Baker #20 connections.

Can be drilled out using conventional rigid tubing or coiled tubing.
