JSB10×8×14 centrifugal sand pump is mainly supplied to solids control
circulating system of oilfield drill rig,and be used to offer drilling fluid with certain
volume and pressure to desander, desilter or mixer.It is especially suitable for
the drilling engineering with drilling fluid being more density than 2,because of
the big inlet and outlet dimension.
Maintenance:
1. A new sand pump or a newly replaced mechanical seal mainly relies on the mechanical seal for sealing during operation. Therefore, the packing sleeve must be kept loose to avoid heating and premature wear of the wear-resistant shaft sleeve;
2. When the sand pump has been working for about a year and the mechanical seal fails, the sealing effect needs to be exerted by the packing. It is best to tighten the packing sleeve by tightening the bolts until 3 to 8 drops leak per minute; When the packing pressure sleeve cannot be adjusted, a packing should be added in a timely manner (with a cross-section of 12 × 12);
3. After the wear-resistant layer (about 1mm) on the surface of the shaft sleeve is worn out, the mechanical seal and wear-resistant shaft sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
