ZQ series drilling fluid cleaner is a new type of drilling fluid solid phase treatment equipment composed of a drilling fluid shale shaker, a set of desander and a set of desilter, specially used for separating oil drilling fluid cuttings, recycling drilling fluid. Under normal circumstances, the desander group is mainly used to remove the sandy solid phase of 44-74 μm, the desilter group is used to remove the muddy solid phase of 20-44 μm, and the function of the cleaning screen is to recover the liquid phase or recrystallized solid phase. stone.
ZQ series drilling fluid cleaner has the following features:
1. Cyclone underflow adjustable
If the underflow of the cyclone is too dry or too large, it can be adjusted by replacing the nozzle with a larger or smaller diameter.
2. Long service life
The cyclone is made of polyurethane elastomer material, which has the advantages of strong wear resistance, light weight, no corrosion by acid, alkali and salt solution, and not easy to age.
3. Flexible use
The cleaner can be combined with desanding + cleaning sieve, or desilting + cleaning sieve, or combined with desanding + desilting + cleaning sieve, or using the cleaning sieve as a drilling fluid shale shaker.
4. Save installation space
The cleaner is a device that organically combines three types of equipment: sand removal cleaner, mud removal cleaner and vibrating screen. It has a compact and reasonable structure and saves space on the tank surface.
