XJ750 workover rig is truck-mounted rig. Max load is 1700kN, mast height is m, It can be divided
two parts: self-propelled chassis, working device on deck is used for workover service.
Power system: high speed diesel engine, hydraulic and mechanical transfer substructure,
Cummins ISLe 340 40 diesel engine and the performance is perfect, with BY352 hydraulic
transmission box.

Mast assembly is double sections, raising,lowering and telescopic by hydraulic cylinders. The
inclined angle of the mast is 5 °s, which can be adjusted by screw rod; The crown block is box style frame,
the pulleys are dynamic equilibrium tested; Besides, rope- block board is set in the pulley seat to avoid
bouncing.
Drawworks assembly: single-drum, max fast line pull is 140kN, belt brake structure.
Hydraulic and pneumatic control system: hydraulic oil pump and control valve of drum
are western models, change valve adopts pneumatic and manual control structure, easy
operation and pipeline.
