Faucet design features
• There are two types of faucets: ordinary faucet and dual faucet. The dual faucet is a combination of ordinary faucet and spinner.
• The faucet complies with the American Petroleum Institute API Spec 8c PSL1 product specification, and has obtained the API product certificate issued by it, allowing the use of the API mark.
• The flushing pipe packing assembly adopts a box structure, which can be quickly replaced on the drill floor without removing the hose and gooseneck.
• Optional 3LP and 4LP internal and external thread hose connector threads.
• Low-temperature resistant faucets for use in alpine regions can also be provided according to customer requirements.
Ordinary faucets are mainly composed of lifting ring, gooseneck tube, packing device, shell, central tube, main bearing and joints. The lower joint is connected to the squarrel rod through standard threads, and the upper lifting ring is hung on the big hook. The gooseneck and hose can be connected by standard threaded joints or oil unions according to requirements (the CH125 faucet is not welded with threaded joints under normal circumstances, and other types of faucets are welded with 4LP external threads).
