The JDSB series centrifugal sand pump not only has the advantages of the JSB series centrifugal pump, but also has a more compact design and stronger adaptability, which can be driven by a hydraulic motor. So it can also be used on pressure trains and sand mixing trucks in oil fields. Except for the design shape and shaft, all other components are universal to JSB series centrifugal pumps. Its external dimensions and shaft are 4 inches shorter than ordinary pumps, making JDSB centrifugal pumps a good choice when equipment space is limited.
There are currently 8 models available, including JDSB3 * 2 * 13, JDSB4 * 3 * 13, JDSB5 * 4 * 14, JDSB6 * 5 * 11, JDSB6 * 5 * 14, JDSB8 * 6 * 11, JDSB8 * 6 * 14, and JDSB10 * 8 * 14.

Product features
The characteristics of this series of centrifugal sand pumps are:
1. Open impeller, suitable for conveying high viscosity drilling fluid;
2. Combination seal with long service life;
3. All models of centrifugal pumps have universal bearing seats, shafts, and other components, making maintenance convenient and cost saving;
4. The main components are wear-resistant ductile iron, precision cast with resin sand, with a long service life and beautiful appearance

Part 2:
Centrifugal sand pumps mainly consist of pump casing, impeller, pump shaft, wear-resistant disc, sealing device, bearing seat, bearing, coupling, motor, base, etc

Part3:
Working principle:
The motor drives the shaft of the sand pump to rotate through a coupling, which drives the impeller to rotate. The drilling fluid is sucked in from the middle of the impeller through the suction port, and after passing through the flow channel in the impeller, it obtains energy and speed under the action of centrifugal force. It is continuously transported from the discharge port to the working machine through the pump casing.

Part4:
Maintenance and upkeep of sealing devices:
The seal of the centrifugal sand pump is a combination sealing device, mainly composed of mechanical seal, packing, sealing box, packing sleeve, clamping bolt, wear-resistant shaft sleeve, etc.

Maintenance:
1. A new sand pump or a newly replaced mechanical seal mainly relies on the mechanical seal for sealing during operation. Therefore, the packing sleeve must be kept loose to avoid heating and premature wear of the wear-resistant shaft sleeve;
2. When the sand pump has been working for about a year and the mechanical seal fails, the sealing effect needs to be exerted by the packing. It is best to tighten the packing sleeve by tightening the bolts until 3 to 8 drops leak per minute; When the packing pressure sleeve cannot be adjusted, a packing should be added in a timely manner (with a cross-section of 12 × 12);
3. After the wear-resistant layer (about 1mm) on the surface of the shaft sleeve is worn out, the mechanical seal and wear-resistant shaft sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
