3"RR spring-type reset relief valve provides protection for mud pump and mud manifold. Ensures that the rig operates more safely during drilling, replaces shear relief valves, reduces mud pump downtime and prevents downhole accidents during pump outages. 3"RR spring-type reset relief valve with integral piston structure, simple appearance, beautiful appearance, easy to replace wearing parts; Open sensitive, after pressure relief can realize manual reset without stopping the pump; Pressurized fluid adopts built-in dual protection to avoid leakage of high-pressure fluid to other equipment and personnel in case of seal failure. The 3"RR 3000-8000 psi (20-56Mpa) spring return safety valve has extra heavy duty flanges on the cover and interfaces for additional safety. The strength and hardness of the valve base are strengthened for safer and more reliable operation.
