It integrates a high-power AC variable frequency motor into the power faucet and is equipped with automatic positioning guide rails, rotating head rack locking mechanisms, and integrated hydraulic stations. The entire machine adopts modular installation, greatly reducing installation and maintenance time.

1. Save time on receiving individual cables
The top drive drilling device does not use a square drill pipe and is not limited by the length of the square drill pipe, avoiding the trouble of connecting a single drill pipe when drilling around 9 meters. Instead, the use of column drilling greatly saves the time for connecting individual pipes, thereby saving drilling time.
2. Reverse drilling to prevent sticking of the drill bit
The top drive drilling device has the ability to use a 28 meter column for reverse drilling, which can smoothly circulate and rotate the drilling tool out of the wellbore without increasing the drilling time. During directional drilling, the total drilling time can be significantly reduced.
3. Drill down and make a hole
The top drive drilling device has the ability to drill through sand bridges and reducing points without disconnecting the square drill rod. When using the top drive drilling device to drill, the drill string can be connected within a few seconds, and the hole can be immediately drilled to reduce the risk of sticking.
4. Personnel safety
The top drive drilling device can reduce the number of single connections by 2/3, thereby reducing the incidence of accidents. To connect a single piece, you only need to use backup pliers. The tilting device on the unloading device assembly of the drill pipe can swing the lifting ring and elevator downwards to the mouse hole, greatly reducing the danger level of personnel's work.
5. Equipment safety
The top drive drilling device adopts a motor to rotate and make up the hole smoothly, and the torque can be observed from the torque gauge to avoid excessive or insufficient torque. The setting of the maximum drilling torque allows the motor to automatically stop rotating when the drilling torque exceeds the set range. After adjusting the drilling parameters, normal drilling can be carried out to avoid equipment overload and prolonged operation.
